Sharp is proud to have contributed to the new corporate campus for Alterman, a leading Texas electrical contractor with a rich history dating back to 1923. Located in Live Oak, Texas, off the corner of Loop 1604 and IH-35, this 20-acre, multi-phased development designed by Studio8 Architects and built by Whiting-Turner Contracting Company includes two office buildings and two manufacturing/logistic facilities. Our team installed advanced glass systems supplied by Kawneer, including the 1600 System 1 (7 1/2"), TriFab 451T CS, and TriFab 450 CS. The glass, fabricated by Oldcastle, features 1/4" Acuity SB90VT and 1/2" AS types, with special features including 1/4" Acuity and 8,000 LF Tape-Applied Muntins. Completed from January 2023 to January 2024, the campus integrates training centers, event spaces, and employee-centric amenities, reflecting Alterman’s commitment to innovation and employee well-being.
