PROJECT INFO

Located at 1 UTSA Circle, San Antonio, TX 78249, the UTSA North Paseo Building is a five-story, 176,000 square-foot structure that opened in September 2014. This modern facility houses research and teaching laboratories, classrooms, seminar rooms, and faculty and staff offices. It features a wide corridor and seating areas on the first floor, with landscaping and shaded outdoor seating enhancing the building's north side. The building's design includes a striking glass wall that creates a strong visual connection between indoors and outdoors, providing an inviting environment for informal gatherings and group study. A stairwell open to the fifth floor and topped with a skylight allows light to pass through multiple floors, promoting interaction between floors and encouraging physical fitness through increased stair usage.
