PROJECT INFO

Located at 312 Pearl Pkwy Building 4, San Antonio, TX 78215, The Cellars at the Pearl represents a transformation of a 1950s warehouse into a vibrant mixed-use space, now home to The Culinary Institute of America's third campus. Designed by Don B. McDonald & Three and constructed by Harvey-Cleary Builders, Sharp played a crucial role in providing advanced glass systems and installation services for this iconic project.

These installations not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of The Cellars at the Pearl but also contribute to its functionality, seamlessly blending traditional and industrial architectural styles while meeting the rigorous standards of durability and performance expected in a high-traffic urban environment.
