Sharp played a vital role in the development of the HOLT CAT Headquarters, a state-of-the-art 85,000 square foot office facility designed by RVK and constructed by Joeris General Contractors. This three-story building features a lobby, reception area, office spaces, executive offices, a training center, lunchroom, and a pavilion. Our team was responsible for installing glass systems supplied by Oldcastle, including the Reliance & Reliance IG-SS (6"). The glass, fabricated by Cristacurva, includes 1/4" Crystal Gray SNX 51/23 and 1/4" Clear types. The project, completed between October 2016 and December 2017, involved the use of tilt-wall construction with a steel frame and slab on metal deck, as well as extensive site work including utilities, parking, landscaping, irrigation, and drainage. Security features such as an access control system with panic buttons were also integrated to ensure a safe environment.
