PROJECT INFO

Sharp is honored to be part of the transformation of the historic warehouse into the Pullman Market at the Pearl Marketplace in San Antonio. Designed by Clayton Korte and Baldridge Architect and constructed by Joeris General Contractors, this 55,000 square foot project blends the rich history of the building with a modern culinary experience. Our role involved installing advanced glass systems supplied by Kawneer, including the 1600 System 1, TriFab 601T, and TriFab 451. The glass, fabricated by Oldcastle, features 1/4" Clear SB60 and 1/2" AS types. From September 2022 to June 2024, we contributed to creating an open, inviting space that houses multiple restaurant counters, an oval bar, and diverse dining options, enriching the Pearl as a premier food destination.
