Sharp is delighted to have contributed to the Sunset at Treeline project, a 58,000 square foot Class A office building situated in the desirable Alamo Heights area of San Antonio. Designed by GRG Architecture and built by Baxter Contracting, this modern yet classic structure features stone masonry, metal accents, and expansive glass elements. Our involvement specifically focused on the 4th floor, installing high-quality glass systems from Kawneer, including the 1600 System 1 with SSG and TriFab 451T CS. The glass, fabricated by Tri-Star, comprises 1/4" Green SN-54 and 1/4" Clear types. From July 2018 to October 2021, we meticulously worked on 1,900 square feet of floor space and 2,000 square feet of curtain wall. This project is notable for meeting the high demand for Class A office space in the Alamo Heights submarket, with major tenants like WellMed and Baptist Health System.
